Lolly is one of the UK’s most established hospitality technology businesses, combining EPoS, self-serve kiosks, kitchen management and cloud-based reporting across sectors from coffee shops and pubs to education, healthcare and large-scale events.

The project brought together RYCM, design specialists Phunk and copywriter Matthew Coffey to create a Webflow website that could handle the full breadth of the Lolly offer - without becoming a catalogue. The structure prioritises speed of understanding: clear product routes, sector-specific entry points and proof built around scale, awards and real customer numbers.

The result is a site that earns trust quickly and gives every visitor - from an independent operator to a procurement lead at a contract caterer - a clear route into what Lolly can do for them.

Project detail 01

Lolly operates across education, coffee shops, pubs and restaurants, food-to-go, events, sports venues and healthcare - with a product suite spanning EPoS, self-serve kiosks, kitchen management systems and Lolly HQ, their cloud-based management platform. The challenge was giving that breadth a clear structure without losing the sense of innovation that defines the brand.

The site was built in Webflow, in association with design specialists Phunk and with copy by experienced RYCM copywriter Matthew Coffey. The content was structured to serve multiple entry points - by product, by sector and by business need - so a contract caterer and a coffee shop operator could both find a relevant route quickly, without wading through everything Lolly offers.
