How we got here

Marketing, technology, psychology and hands-on design.

Martin started in agency media before moving through creative, direct marketing, web development, ecommerce and analytics. The tools have changed, but a lot of the early best-practice principles still hold true: do not talk at people, start a conversation.

Over the years he has grown agencies, devised strategies and managed teams and projects for UK and international brands. These days RYCM works independently with a trusted network of strong specialists.
