Project summary

Making an inclusive outdoor offer feel welcoming, practical and easy to act on.

Web DevelopmentCopywritingBranding

Experience Community needed a site that could explain a practical, people-centred service without making the visitor work too hard.

RYCM shaped the site around reassurance: what people can do, who it is for, how to take the next step, and what support is available. The visual direction used real activity photography, clear service sections and direct calls to action.

The result is a proof piece for community-led work where the job is not to over-explain, but to help people feel confident enough to enquire.

Experience Community needed a site that could explain a people-centred service without making the visitor work too hard. The challenge was balancing warmth with practicality - making it clear what was on offer, who it was for, and how easy it was to get involved.

The site was shaped around reassurance. Real activity photography, clear service sections and direct calls to action replaced vague inspirational copy. Every section was written to reduce uncertainty for people who might be visiting for the first time or returning after a long gap.

Activities, equipment hire and community routes were presented in a structure that felt logical rather than promotional. The result is a site direction built around confidence - helping people feel ready to enquire rather than needing to be convinced.
